"Maritime Law Bureau LLC" is simply attuned to solve problems in the marine industry.
Maritime law or admiralty law is a separate complex branch of law with its own institutions and sub-branches. Thus, the legal maritime regulation way is closely interrelated with a collection of different other areas of law.
Ocean shipping is an integral part of the supply chain for most industries, making it a backbone of global trade. Today, no plane or train is able to transport 5,000 tons of cargo at a time, unlike ships.
Considering the large volumes of transportation, the associated risks, and the logistics chains complexity, issues in the maritime transportation process are inevitable. Problems have always existed, continue to exist, and will persist in the future. Consequently, it will be necessary to seek the assistance of specialists to address these challenges.

In the case of claim work we take the starting amount of 50000,00 rubles for the fact that we begin to work through the case materials and form a legal position with the preparation of a statement of claim or application for a court order, and then, if we go to the courts, each procedural day from 15000,00 rubles. If the case is complex, then in the case of the won process, we stipulate separately the percentage of the claimed amount (ie, that the client will receive, not that the court will award, it happens that the guilty party became bankrupt while the trial was going on and the client did not receive anything). In the case of drafting or amendments to various contracts, drafting and filing complaints, applications, proposals, the price is set by agreement of the parties.
